1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This application is intended for use by Arcnovus employees and authorized subcontractors only.

2. Access and Authorization

Access to this application is restricted to:

• Current Arcnovus employees
• Authorized subcontractors with valid Google Workspace accounts
• Individuals who have signed appropriate confidentiality agreements

3. Confidentiality

All information contained within this application is considered confidential and proprietary to Arcnovus. Users are bound by the terms of their Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and must:

• Not disclose any information to unauthorized parties
• Use the information only for authorized business purposes
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect the information

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Reporting any security incidents or breaches immediately
• Using the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engaging in any activity that could harm the application or its data

5. Termination

Arcnovus reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to this application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
